Angry customer: Woman sat topless at bar, employees didn't do anything about it

A Whistle Blower sent us a photo of a woman at bar in the Valley. According to the person, the woman was drunk and sat topless at the bar for quite some time. The individual said bar employees did not intervene when it became obvious the woman was drunk and even took pictures with her.

Because the establishment wasn't cited for the incident, we aren't naming the place.

West Fargo Police Officer Tyler Williams said if you go out and see someone who's being over served, don't hesitate to call police.

"It's illegal to give drinks to a clearly intoxicated person," Williams said. "It (woman sitting topless at the bar) could be considered disorderly conduct and indecent exposure. If the bar allowed something like that to happen, that's another instance where their liquor license could be suspended or revoked depending on how many violations they've had recently."
