Send a "PM" to
Admin requesting the removal of the photo. That should do it for you.
Also you can go to the post with the photo and at the top right side of the post you will see a red and white triangle,
Click it and a dialog box will pop up, just tell them which photo to remove. Describe the photo or tell the position in the post. Admin or a moderator will see the report.
