In the days when we could stay up all night enjoying each other, we would occasionally retire to the deck after midnight or beyond to carry on. At first she always made me turn off the deck's dusk to dawn light before she would come out. After a while I convinced her that none of our neighbors were ever up at that hour, and if they were, so what? She agreed to leave it on, but not be so close to it.
One year our next door neighbor told me they were going on vacation, and that their (out of town) early 30's something daughter and boyfriend would be there to house sit and visit friends.
Well, one night the wife and I were really getting it on, and I suggested we go outside to enjoy the cool night air. I went out to set things up and thought I saw movement inside the neighbors enclosed deck. I made sure the lounge chair was moved a little closer to the light, just in case somebody was there.
I went in and told her all was ready, and she came out with a few drinks and wearing nothing but a smile. We drank and proceeded to enjoy each other, but this time I did it with a little more gusto and a lot closer to the light. I had her standing closer than normal while I played with her. After finishing, we stayed out for a few extra minutes enjoying the cool night air, then went in.
When I came out to gather everything, I noticed two glowing cigarettes on the enclosed deck. I guess we had company after all.
