That happened to us once. Ironically, it was an Asian lady who was taking the shots. We stopped and asked if she took shots of us, but she denied it. It wasn't worth starting a fight about because we were in the distance and I doubt anybody would recognize us - but you should ask permission.
Anyway, about 15 minutes later, I glanced her way, and her husband was taking some shots of her sitting there. And he seemed to be asking her to spread her legs wider for each shot, which she did. I felt like going back and saying that a good way to make it up to us would be for him to send one of those shots to us, LOL.
