If you look at the FAQs of naturist web sites you will find an answer to this question - erections rarely happen in a naturist environment! After a few minutes it becomes un-erotic and ordinary (even if the IDEA seemed erotic to start with). Difficult to believe? - but this is what most male naturists say.
People might observe and even admire each other's bodies but obvious arousal is rare. Look at most of the pics here which include men - most don't have erections (OK there is the beach horn section - but that is for the exceptions and there is often genital contact).
From the outside, naturism is often arousing. Perhaps some naturists find these pictures arousing when outside of a naturist environment. But from the inside while experiencing it - most naturist seem to say it is not arousing at the time.
