Well, speaking for myself, I really like your cute redhead and "don't care blonde" - great stuff.
How to improve and make your stuff even better? I'd suggest study really great artists in this field (Biker and Cartoon Joe, both of whom have a lot of stuff at this site) come to mind. Maybe, too, study pictures of real naked women (yeah, hard work I know, but you have to suffer for your art!) and try to incorporate real anatomical features in your drawings.
These are just niggles though - I think you did a great job and I for one am going to search out your Devantart stuff. I'd be surprised if I am the only one!
