I suggest two things:

1. To convert YouTube videos, use CinemaForge. It's free and it does a great job.

2. In the future, post vidcaps with your videos so we know what each video contains. For those wondering what the above videos contain, they are basically all the same thing: the girl shaking her (clothed) ass. In the second one, she's wearing a thong.
