Seriously?

With your logic, any artist displaying their work at a public art show or street fair would LOSE their copyright protections or intellectual property control. If a big musical act decided to give a free concert in a public park that their trademark or other rights to the use of their songs. These actors can set up similar rules/ protections in regard to their acting performances.
