Woman who ran around naked arrested again 2 nights later

The Niles woman who police said was running around naked Saturday night was arrested again on Monday.
Katrina Flowers, 21, was home Monday night on Fenton Street getting some help from family, according to police.
Officers said Flowers’ sister told them that her parents wouldn’t let her leave. Neighbors said they heard a confrontation.
“Real noisy. She kept screaming and kicking,” Dennis Gould said.
