As already mentioned. Mainland Europe is not really warm enough for naturism during the winter months. I would also suggest the Canaries are your best bet for winter nudism. Masplomas on Gran Canaria and Corralejo on Fuerteventura both have miles of sand dunes ideal for naked bathing. Even there the weather can be hit and miss. we were in Corralejo last November and the weather was fantastic. We've stayed in Maspalomas late March and only got on the beach a couple of times.
