Actually a few times while boating in the delta. Still remember the first time.
We're in a friend's power boat just cruising along enjoying the scenery. Usually waving to other boaters to be friendly. Along came this larger cabin cruiser with a flying bridge. We waved and they waved back and the two ladies with the men pulled their bikini top up and flashing their boobs.
Since we were just about 40' away going the other directions, those two pairs were very nice that I recalled. My friend who has owe the boat said that's pretty common where we were cruising. There's party beach resort just head.
We've gone with them boating a few more times, no every time, but a couple more times seeing lady flashers or just topless cruising along.
