Here's the rule.
This is a fairly recent addition so some members might not be aware of the change.
13. Do not post posed (photoshoot) or candid (paparazzi/oops/red carpet/etc.) celebrity photos or videos. You may, however, link to them on other sites in the Free Sites section.*
