Most recent DSLR cameras have the option to shoot RAW format files, some have the option to store each shot as a RAW and a jpg. RAW files as the name literally suggests retain all of the image data, but need to be secondarily processed with dedicated software to be able to save and view as regular image files. So they're a bit of a faff but often very worthwhile! Jpg files by their nature compress image information, so even the very best cameras automatically reduce some detail when shooting in jpg mode.
Here's a saddlecam video of pretty much the whole of the Newcastle ride, in four parts. Such a shame those two blondes didn't whip their bras off. There's a couple of tantilising breezy moments of the feather boa skirt woman but to my eye it's still inconclusive whether she had anything on underneath.
