I think consent is the main sticking point between photographers and WNBR riders. Like you say, as far as the law goes photographers aren't doing anything wrong but it's a matter of just because you can do something, should you?

The woman from the Seattle WNBR is the main organizer of the ride and also a regular participant in the Solstice ride. There are probably hundreds of nude photos of her out there so you can't say that she has a general problem with it. Somewhat related, his intimate photos weren't the problem, Cocofiji was banned from the Solstice Parade painting party for taking pictures without asking permission.
