I've had it happen a few times but in my job I travelled a lot.
Once in LA in a restaurant a younger woman with an older guy. She flashed under the table for about half an hour and I'm sure the guy she was with didn't know. Her dress was very short, she spread widely on the edge of the booth seat and no knickers on. She only closed her legs when staff came near.
I had it last year on a nude beach. A older woman on her own went into the M position when I got near her but closed up when I got too close. She did it to me twice and to many others as well. Also on the same beach an older solo naked woman decided to pick up shells right in front of me for about 10 minutes.
My wife has flashed others many times, often I didn't know about it till later. On one occasion in a 5 star hotel restaurant we were being annoyed by a couple of business men who were loudly booking some girls. They suddenly went quiet and then I realised that my wife had turned sideways and was sitting with her legs spread on either side of the chair. That shut them up as her dress was very low cut and very short and I knew that she had nothing on except the dress. Another time in a beach hotel a woman came up to me on the dance floor and asked me to take my wife home as she had been flashing the local men and this woman thought that it was unfair competition. Again I didn't know.
I've seen a lot over the years and it is a lot more common than people think, especially for older women who seem a lot more free with their bodies
