From Springer's Youtube Channel. To commemorate 25 years on the air they are posting random classic clips of the best shows. In this short clip, a woman lifts her dress up exposing her breasts, and then twerks (perhaps bottomless.) The camera cuts away and then back as she takes her dress completely off.
