Try roleplaying this one: mix up her favorite cocktail (but double strength) and pour her a shot. Tell her it's a 'magic potion' and that after she drinks it she will have to do what you say - she has no option but to do it because the 'drug' will remove her self control. If she refuses or freezes on any instruction then she has to take another shot because 'the mind control drug' must be wearing off, etc. Obviously she has to play along, but by giving her 'the drug' you give her permission to act like she is not responsible for what she does. You could also amp things up by commanding her to say "I love..." to whatever you make her do.
Failing that, if she can't get her head around roleplaying then ask her if she would let you roofie her. That will
really remove her self control. Make sure she agrees on camera (or in writing)
while sober that she wants to be roofied.
