From the television show "Cops." An officer is responding to a disturbance. When he arrives, he encounters a drunk woman that is distraught that is topless (with her top down at her waist.) She tries to explain how she got there and what happened but the cop deems her too drunk to let go so she is arrested.
Being a TV show, this was censored, however there are some great topless from behind shots in this clip. Love how comfortable she is with her breasts exposed. Or maybe she was too drunk to realize it.
