Not sure if this counts but it's from an old newspaper cuting from the eighties.
"Kenny Everett" star Cleo Rocos was at a party and apparently one of the girls there was so jealous of Cleo (because her husband was a fan) that she ripped her dress open, causing the strap to break.
Sadly I don't think the cameras caught anything but this shot.
