I used to be a mod on another forum about a year ago before I moved and took another job. My new job took all my time so I couldn't keep modding. I've settled in now and have some time on my hands to play.
When I was modding the problem was the same as here that if you remove something from a post you get a note with the reason. If the post gets deleted there is no note and I know it isn't easy modding and trying to let everyone know what was wrong. You really have to be aware of the rules. We used to have the same few rules that were broken over and over and I'm guessing watermarks is one of them at OCC. I make lots of mistakes too so it is kind of a no blame, but you do get your stuff removed.
