I don't know a whole lot of Spanish but I translate 'Rica Puta' to 'Fantastic Pussy'. But, yeah, 'puta' can imply prostitute as well. She does sound a bit prostitute-ish after all.

Actually, puta does translate to wh*r* or prostitute. In some contexts it can also mean "b*tch". Most of the time it's meant to be derogatory.
"Manda" might be her name, maybe short for Amanda? Capitalization doesn't help since every word is capitalized. It can also mean "send" or "commands". In this context it probably means that she is sending the message or video.
She's speak softly and all I can make out is "I love you" and a name I cannot make out. I'm guessing she's just sending a naughty video to her boyfriend (or girlfriend). Nothing I can hear that would make her a prostitute.
It could be a video released as revenge after a broken relationship or leaked by accident/stolen, hence the "puta" name she's given.
