I always thought it was a little funny seeing women at the nude beach who might feel a little self-conscious...and cover their breasts. It just seems an exercise in futility especially when the "coverage" is only partial anyway; so a tit hangs out from the side. If the goal is to stay warm, the arms can be held under the breasts; if the goal is to avoid sunburn, a towel can just cover the back and stay open in front.
And most importantly, that doesn't even cover the "important" parts!
