To answer your question, she did. I'm sure you knew that back then. The only reason woman leave is for dick, emotional support or money. Usually the emotional support is followed by a sexual relationship. You should have helped push her out the door back then. Asking questions now years later says you still have some unresolved issues that should have been ironed out years ago. And yes, it was wrong to ask now if she has earned your trust back.
