Can never really tell though. In 2012, the weather in Brighton turned out much worse than the forecast suggested. 2013 and 2015 both had some rain expected but in both cases it held off and there was even a little sunshine at times. Arrived at The Level last year with dark grey skies overhead. But it didn't make any difference to the number of people. It wasn't warm either. I think over the past few years there are definitely more people who are going to turn up and ride no matter what the weather is doing. By all accounts Cambridge last year was great fun despite taking place in a massive downpour. Not ideal conditions but sometimes adverse conditions work in your favour.
