She isn't looking at the camera, so she may have known the camera was there, but didn't know that that specific picture was being taken. If the pic had more detail, or was closer up, you could compare facial features and so on and maybe prove or disprove the authenticity of it.

Well, let me had my little contribution. This is the higher resolution image scanned i have in my collection. As you can clearly see, there are some cratches on the page when it was scanned. If it is a fake, no doubt it has been done with the original argentic pix by a true pro much before numeric invaded ! But still no details on the pix may let us think it is a fake. So with all that has been said above, we may also consider it could be a lookalike model, but this is the only pix, no trace anywhere of the original photoshoot if it was a modeling session.
So, nothing solved, and we still can think this is a terrific genuine pix of the lady !
