I saw a remarkable show on....I think it was MTV about 20 years ago, featuring two real live women each undergoing breast surgery. One was to get small tits enlarged (the surgery was brutal and unsettling) and the other young lady had hers reduced.
The scene where she stripped her top while at the doctor's office, camera rolling, was unforgettable...she was the portrait of silent terror once he started impersonally drawing lines on her body to guide his knife for later. And oh so sad...she had the most beautiful, shapely pair, which were soon to "die."
