According to police, 48-year-old Elizabeth Simpson of Florida became frustrated when she couldn’t find a map in her car.
Simpson is accused of then throwing her belongings onto the street and getting too hot, so she started walking down N. Cumberland Street and taking off her clothes.
Police say the woman was coherent and knew her own identity, and she was aware of her actions and aware they were illegal.
Simpson was reportedly arrested before reaching the Public Square and charged with indecent exposure.
