Bad News:
There is only one volume and I can't find the whole manga online; the manga in its entirety is probably not online since the video game series has a niche audience, so there probably is not much people that have the manga, and even less to be willing to scan it. Also, the series (game/manga) doesn't have a focus on ecchi/fan service, so there isn't much scenes like the image in the volume I wouldn't recommend searching the series unless you're a fan of jrps.

I can't find any more images of the manga online; it only has one volume, and not finding one-volume series seems to be the general case for not very-popular one volume mangas.
