I've never seen the girl before, so I thought she was from a series of Masahiro that I haven't read yet.
I checked the 1st volume of his latest series, Kore Kara Combat, and she's not there; so it may not be that series or the right artist.

I think that it's not from the latest series, from what I've read it was one of his first works とったが勝ち! (couldn't find its english name) and was published in Sunday Shounen special extra R (少年サンデー特別増刊R). That's what I understood from
