As I've noted elsewhere, there's a reason reverse image search turned up nada: the image is from flickr (and thanks to OP for not changing filename!), and when naughty pictures there are categorized in a way that won't get users kicked off, they're invisible to any reverse-image search I'm aware of, not just Google's. Good news, though, as hinted at above, is that with flickr filename, they can be tracked back (use url flickr.com/photo.gne?id= with numeric portion of filename appended), with the result in this case leading to flickr.com/photos/31165650@N03/ ; over 2600 pictures, lots of flashing, some h/c; less good news, at least for this thread, is peeing is rare: only the one cited, the ones below, and a couple very similar to the latter two, much as the first is quite similar (but clearly earlier in the
stream) to the exemplar...
