I think this originates from the Netherlands. Where I got the clip from, it was described as a scene from a sitcom where a wealthy woman wanted to have a nude portrait done, but then got embarrassed. There was supposedly an undressing scene before this, but the original poster didn't have that part. This is a great example of one of my favorite genres, nudity for the sake of comedy, with ENF and some Hidden Nudity mixed in for good measure. There's also some excellent teasing when Sylvia lifts her hands for just a second several times (once with full frontal nudity), and even opens her legs quickly once while sitting down!
edit: My research indicates that the show was called "Het Beste Van Vierkort".
