Well, well, I thought, and learn from a man who is the pro. I decided to change life - I start with myself. Go to my fears.

I did it, I bathed in cold water, but I was told that I got off easy, the water temperature is only 12 degrees. Status indescribable, I was proud of myself, I did it, I conquered my fears and to impose on society the view that it is bad.
