From a British movie named "Adventure of a Plumber's Mate." A man is shown attempting to fix a malfunctioning garbage disposal. He asks a woman wearing a long sleeved blouse. When she reaches to adjust something on the sink, her blouse gets caught in the garbage disposal and her entire outfit is ripped off. She is also revealed to be completely nude underneath.
