Lillian Garcia - " introducing your General Manager of Monday Night Raw Triple H . "
Lillian leaves the ring .
Triple H gets in the ring obtains a microphone , and he says .
Triple H - " welcome to Monday Night Raw . "
The crowd cheers .
Triple H - " we are going to hold a tournament featuring 20 elite women , and the winner will be the first ever women's champion . "
The crowd cheers .
