I share your curiosity about the stories behind photographs but that kind of discussion is discouraged by the moderators. However, it is fairly easy to find out for yourself by googling "RaiXsing the skXirt" without the Xs.
This site would be a lot more interesting for me if there was a section where discussion was allowed.
