I once got into a semi-drunk conversation with a woman who was the wife of a fairly high-up staff person at a local college. Quite respectable. Anyway she was relating a problem they had with their landlord, who apparently complained about her being loud during lovemaking. When he sheepishly raised it with her, she was just totally defiant and said, "I'm in my home and I will make as much noise as I want." I was quite surprised that she not only didn't care but full-on defied him. I asked if she ever tried to tone it down, and she said she in fact tried to make even more noise just to spite him.
