The occasions turned out to be things like Birthdays, Wedding Anniversary's or his kids birthdays. Hence birthday and special occasion mentioned to her bought back the things and humiliation he enjoyed doing when he had the chance to get her alone.
Now we are all kinky buggers and I am not going to judge anyone, however he would do things like fuck her in his kids beds, make her wear his wifes undies and clothes and one occasion wanted her in his daughters school uniform (which obviously was never going to fit so he made her wear just the school tie), if she said no or hesitated he'd come up with ways to humiliate her further. I know that there was one time she said no to him over some bizzare thing he wanted and he blindfolded her tied her up and let someone have sex with her saying it was the postman or something.
