There just something about the pose, her smile, being tied to the door frame. It gets me every time.
Edit: Also just for Chaibala, I do have a small number of photos that involve a stunt cock and in one case a finger. So there is at least one very lucky dude out there. I have to admit, I always wondered if (or possibly secretly wished) she was a lesbian because of the lack of man parts in the photos.
