O.T.T. ("Over The Top") was a short lived late-night British TV comedy from 1982. In this episode the running gag is a girl has been trying to show off her body the entire show and is always thwarted. Finally during the closing credits she strips outside on a road -- she gets topless, but unfortunately from a distance. I have been unable to locate the rest of the episode but my guess is that this is the only good part:
