This is a Brazilian beach volleyball player...I'm not sure which one. As for why her hand is down her bikini...she could be removing some irritating sand, adjusting a tampon string, scratching a burning vaginal itch ("I knew I shouldn't have slept with that gringo!) Or maybe...just maybe she's getting ready to put a little something extra on the ball.
