Forget about what you did or didn't do in the past. You can't change it so there's no point in dwelling on it.
But you can use your past experiences to help you judge what you want to do in the future.
Talk openly and honestly with your husband about the things you might like to try and the things that he might like to try.
You might find out you are both want some of the same things and have both been denying yourself needlessly.
