It's a nudist park, and there's tons of security. It's about exhibitionism and voyeurism, but not swinging. Apart from this one weekend, it's quite a prudish place, so they keep it from turning into an orgy. Lots of tents and campers and trailers for people to retreat to if they want to get it on, and there are a lot of activities after hours, but not in public.
