You know her better than us, but I don't know what makes you so sure that you aren't entering a new phase with your SIL where she looks for excuses to flash you, or hopes that you will compliment her naked body now that she's deliberately shown it to you.
But, if this is the last time you will see her naked for another eighteen years, I think that you should write down exactly what you saw in very minute detail, for posterity, while those memories are fresh. What every inch of her naked body looked like, how she moved and jiggled, what angles you viewed her at, how she looked over at you. That's what this space is for, I believe.
