I don't care about the geography of Pokemon. Half the time the places are arbitrarily named and the other half they're randomly positioned.

There's a bit of ENF but the main focus is on character development for at least the next few chapters.

Haiaria Forest, a small forest between Lilith’s hometown and Rustboro City. Not very heavily forested but there were a lot of low bushes. A place used by underage children as a training ground as most of the time the Pokemon inhabiting the forest would briefly partner with anyone carrying food.

The bushes rustled. Slowly the predator approached its prey. Slowly, slowly then…

“Sei!” Lilith swung her arm forward driving it into the Pokemon. Releasing the ball in her hand as she made impact. The ball absorbed the Pokemon and rolled across the ground. After a few seconds it stopped and blinked a few times before shrinking.

Walking over to the miniaturized ball Lilith reached down and picked it up. She tapped it and watched it grow before tossing it onto the ground in front of herself. The ball bounced a few times before opening. A gray and green rat popped out and looked around quickly before running away. It didn't get very far before it was caught by a pair of hands. Auru walked over to Lilith and silently placing the Pokemon on the ground.

“Come here, it's alright. I won't hurt you any more,” Lilith held out a bit of food. The Rattata hesitantly nibbled the food then ate the whole piece. Lilith scratched its head, “Good Rattata, I'm going to call you Underling.”

Just as she was about to return Underling Lilith heard a noise behind her. Turning she locked eyes with a woman dressed in hunting garb. The woman grinned menacingly at her.

“What have we here? A little trainer that can barely catch a Rattata? As per the rules you must battle me! I'll enjoy this!” The woman pulled out a pokeball and tossed it at Lilith, a green Pokemon jumped out. Scyther if Lilith remembered correctly.

Not wanting to waste time Lilith decided to test out Underling. Pulling out her Pokedex she scanned its move list. Tail Whip, Roar, Quick Attack, Agility… Lilith paused, Agility wasn't an exceptionally rare move but for the Pokemon in this area it shouldn't be known. Ignoring the abnormality Lilith started the battle, telling Underling to use Agility.

Her opponent looked off put at first at the unorthodox move but quickly ordered her Scyther, its name was Jacques apparently, to attack. Jacques jumped forward and Cut at Underling but the rat was too fast. Jacques was fast but every move flowed, normally the flow would have been good as it would have kept up constant pressure, but for a Pokemon as fast as Underling it was was like a slow dance.

But Agility lasted only so long and when it did run out Underling was dead. Lilith planned for that so when Underling finally slowed she immediately recalled it. However her opponent hadn't planned on attacking Underling at all. In the second that Underling slowed, even before Lilith had returned it, her opponent ordered Jacques to use False Swipe on Lilith.

The attack made contact but thanks to her skill at martial arts Lilith was able to block the attack, although it sent her flying. Her opponent glared at her then commanded Jacques to attack again. This time Lilith was prepared.

“Ember.”

One word finished the battle. Vulpix’s fire slammed into Jacques’ back. Jacques collapsed onto his knees. Stabbing his sword into the ground. He tried to pull himself up but failed and collapsed. The woman looked on in shock. Her Pokemon had… Lost…

“So lady, summon your second Pokemon. Unless you don't have one, in that case show some skin,” Lilith smiled sweetly at the defeated woman.

Backing away the woman turned and was about to run when something slammed into her and knocked her down. It was Underling. Before the woman could recover Lilith had reached her. Squatting beside her Lilith took a closer look at her clothes. From what she could see the woman was wearing a dark green military jacket, dark green pants and brown boots.

Lilith reached down and pulled off the woman's jacket. She was wearing a plain black shirt. Lilith pulled that off as well. The woman squeaked in embarrassment and covered her chest as her beige sports bra was revealed. In the moment that she did Lilith tugged off her pants. The woman blushed even further, she enjoyed stripping others but she herself hated losing even her jacket.

When Lilith started pulling her bra off she realised the gravity of her situation. This upstart trainer was going to leave her naked out here. She would have to make her way home nude…

“No…” The woman said one word just as Lilith had almost pulled her bra over her nipples.

Lilith stopped and looked at the woman, “What? Can't deal with the consequences of your actions? Alright then, I'll make you a deal. Lend me your Scyther and I'll let you keep your jacket and panties.”

Pulling out a pokeball the woman tossed it at Lilith, “Here. Take it! Just let me go.”

Frowning Lilith handed the pokeball back to the woman. Pulling out her pokedex she glanced down at it then turned to the woman, “Let's do this officially. I've sent you a trade request. Accept it.”

Reluctantly the woman accepted the request. Smiling, Lilith pulled off the woman's bra. She screamed in surprise as her average breasts spilled out. Her pert nipples, soft flesh, pink areola, all of it was visible. Lilith tossed the woman her jacket. She pulled it, painfully aware of the coarse material on her breasts. She turned to leave but was interrupted by Lilith who grabbed her shoulder and pointed at her legs.

Blushing, the woman pulled off her pants. While the jacket covered most of her the bottoms of her panties were slightly visible. Blushing furiously the woman ran off into the forest a noticeable wobble in her unsupported chest. Lilith picked up Jacques’ pokeball and returned him.

“Are you sure you should have done that?” Auru questioned her.

“I have every intention of returning it it's just that a Pokemon with false swipe is incredibly useful this early on. Once I catch a few more Pokemon I'll trade it back.”

Nodding, Auru faded into the background as they usually did when not interacting with the world. Lilith wasn't sure why but Auru had very little presence and even she didn't notice them half the time.

Looking up at the darkening sky Lilith decided that they should set up camp. In no time at all they had set up their tents. As Lilith dozed off for the night she heard thunder in the distance. At some point in the night she was awoken by Auru.

“Lilith… C-Can I sleep with you? T-The lightning… I...”

Lilith clicked on her lantern. Auru was drenched in water and standing in the doorway of her tent. Lilith didn't see any problem with it. She trusted Auru. But…

“You can but I'd rather you not get my tent wet…”

Auru nodded, “Alright… Could you please turn off the light?”

Clicking off the light Lilith watched as the shadowy form of Auru removed her soaking pajamas, Illuminated by the flashing lightning. Pulling open her sleeping bag Lilith was thankful that her mom had bought her a large one and that Auru was small.

As Auru snuggled up against Lilith the question of Auru’s gender was finally answered. Lilith wrapped her arms around the younger girl. Her last thoughts were, “We need to buy her some bras,” and “Why does she have scars?”

And so our heros embrace Morpheus. Having fought an actual battle and after gaining new Pokemon they fall asleep in each other's arms. The Auru question is answered but more just spring up.
