There was this anime clip I saw on Dailymotion before it became terrible, which was set in a classroom. In it, there were a bunch of students taking some kind of test I think, and one of them, dark-skinned, possibly with dark blue hair, was cheating on the test. She gets caught by the (female) teacher, who then pretty much destroys her top. She gets embarrassed and sprints out of the class topless.

Anyone know where I can find this clip, or what anime it's from?
