I think this might have been what got you thrown out. Erections can happen, but I think it's what you do with it that can make the difference. If you hide it with a towel and get to the ice pool, people understand you aren't trying to stay erect. If you flaunt it walking around, people probably think it's deliberate and start to feel uncomfortable.
It's might be difficult to believe for those who haven't experienced it, but it is possible to around many beautiful naked women and not find it arousing and sexual. It's certainly an amazing sight though and it does lead to sweet dreams afterwards
