I'd love to find this out too. Shame no-one has done a Ph.D in the subject or even just a survey. I mean, they do surveys for practically everything else!
It would be great if we had a headline such as "A survey reveals that 25% of all couples aged 21-50 have nude photos of their significant other on their phone". I could then look around my circle of friends and wonder which of them made up this particular quarter of the group.
