For others who are thinking of something similar - due a trial contract of 30 days.
Have a relationship clause, in other words - you can lose your wife. You may not get what you want and be held to an agreement which you made.
Have a communication rule. Which I have used to make sure all were on the same page. When that didn't work - I pointed out that the contract had been broken (by the wife) which can also severely damage the relationship.
So after I considered the contract VOID and told her such - she was in a shitty mood but agreed that she had not done what was agreed on. But we'll work together on another "trial" contract.
