At the top of each story, above the title, are several small boxes. Click the one labelled "Watch," and this will add the story to your personal watchlist. It isn't quite as useful as writing.com, but it will allow you to go to the recent changes page, from the tab on the left side of the page, and see any changes or additions to any story you are watching.
