One may want to Google "Skene's Gland" and do a little reading before making assumptions that it is simply urine. Also may want to have the female urinate completely prior to sexual stimulation to help rule out "urine" and also help her to feel more like "letting go" when she feels the urge to "squirt" without her having to fear that she will urinate instead. Just a suggestion.
